As a user of Cloud Stacking Plan, are there extra charges for updates to the system and how frequent are your updates?
We never charge for updates and never will. We get a lot of feedback from our user community, as well as other real estate professionals, so we are continually improving Cloud Stacking Plan to be even more comprehensive, yet remaining simple to use.
How many properties can I enter in Cloud Stacking Plan?
There is no limit to the number of properties you can enter, there is no limit to the amount of stacking plans you can create.
In Cloud Stacking Plan, can I print out all of my stacking plans and are they simply "print-screens" or are they professional grade reports?
You can print the screens from your browser if you like, but there are no "print-screen" style reports in this system. This system provides users with professional grade PDF reports which are designed for your personal reference or for providing information to other professionals such as your clientel, financial institutions or investment groups.
Can I store scanned images such as pictures of properties, financial documents or contracts?
Yes you can and not only can you store documents in the system, but you can categorize them to your liking.
How secure is my information and where is it stored?
There is nothing more important to us than the security and integrity of your data. Our servers are housed within a secure data center with 24-hour surveillance. Our software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. The traffic on our networks flow behind enterprise-class firewalls to keep your data safe and all data transactions are 128 Bit SSL encrypted between you on the outside and our servers.
Do you share my account or data information with others?
Free web-based software is not really free, because they monetize your information and your browsing history with third parties like marketing companies. The reason we charge for Cloud Stacking Plan is that we are not in the business of utilizing your information in any regard. Your data is your data and we will never utilize or resell your information to anyone, under any circumstances.
Can anyone else access my data?
All user accounts are password protected. Employees and contractors of Precision Business Technology, Inc. are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and only our most trusted engineers have access to our database environments.
